The EKO-1500 Single Belt Nut Roasting Machine perfectly roasts various types of nuts such as hazelnuts,macademia nuts, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, shelled hazelnuts, almonds, brazilnuts, pistachios and cashews.
Products never come in contact with gas or diesel burners. – Our ovens made from stainless steel (AISI 304 CrNi).Hot air goes up and down for equal and tasteful roasting .The nut roasting oven offers you a superior taste and performance, making a significant difference in roasting quality. This fully automatic nut roasting machine also reduces production costs because it requires less manpower and low energy consumption. As fuel Gas (compressed ore natural gas) and DIESEL can be used. Also electric can be ordered for heating the ovens.
It has two high performance roasting chambers, a resting room and a cooling chamber. It is designed in such a way that no aroma loss occurs in the product despite the high amount of heat inside the roasting chambers.The cooling room has a high cooling fans to help get the product to an ambiant temperature before sending the product to the packing machine.With a special cooling system in our ovens where can quickly reduce the temperature so it will be ready for packag. Advanced touch screen control panel offers flexibility to adjust the desired temperature, conveyor speed and humidity in frypots.
