American Pan Germany GmbH is seeking a Production Manager to oversee daily operations at our Germany facility in Wassenberg. In this leadership role, you’ll develop and implement production strategies, manage the team, and drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and guide the production team
- Ensure safety standards are met, and production targets are achieved
- Optimize processes to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Manage staff training, recruitment, and performance monitoring
- Negotiate contracts and manage SLAs
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of industrial management or supervision experience
- Bilingual in German and English
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- A passion for continuous improvement
