Acquisition of Form & Frys

Effective April 10, 2025, Rademaker has officially acquired Form & Frys Maskinteknik, a Danish company with a strong reputation for its advanced bakery equipment. This acquisition aligns with Rademaker’s long-term strategic objectives and further enhances the ability to serve the bakery industry with highly specialized solutions.

Form & Frys is recognized for its engineering excellence in shaping complex pastry and pizza products through innovative tooling. Their machinery is complementary to Rademaker’s pastry and pizza production lines, and several joint projects have already been successfully installed. Additionally, Form & Frys offers a unique range of depositing equipment capable of applying savory and sweet fillings in 3D forms onto dough pieces produced on Rademaker lines.

The Rademaker - Form & Frys collaboration began two years ago as a commercial partnership. Following positive results and aligned ambitions, both organizations engaged in a thorough exchange of information, leading to the acquisition. This partnership creates exciting opportunities to expand the Rademaker product portfolio, support their organizational growth, and strengthen the company’s strategic pillars.

Form & Frys will continue operating independently under its current management in Denmark. The focus during the initial transition phase will be on maintaining operational continuity while identifying synergies in processes and product development.

Strategic Partnership with Sensure

Rademaker is also pleased to announce that the company Sensure and Rademaker have entered into a partnership. To strengthen this collaboration, Rademaker has joined the company as a minority shareholder.

Sensure is an Italian company specializing in advanced vision inspection systems powered by Artificial Intelligence and self-learning technology. With more than 150 installations worldwide, Sensure’s systems support a wide range of industrial applications, including:
