The THUNDERBIRD ASP-200 spiral mixer is designed to knead hard bread or pizza dough up to 200 Kilos dough.
It is equipped with 2 speeds. The kneading time of each speed can be programmed with a timer, which will have the spiral mixer knead automatically according to your recipe.
The bowl for 200 kilos dough is fixed on a wheel trolley which separates itself automatically from the spiral hook unit after kneading is completed. It can be retrieved from the spiral mixer and rolled to the further processing line of your bakery.
The head with the spiral hook lifts up automatically thanks to its hydraulic system.
The ASP-200 deliverS precisely and fast the chosen dough type such as pizza, bread, bagels, croissants, pastries. Their stainless steel spiral hook kneads the dough both in slow and in fast speed, while the stainless steel bowl rotates.
Each one of the 2 SPEEDS can be programmed separately with a timer. According to the chosen recipe, the program shifts by itself from one speed to another. The spiral mixer can also be used manually, without timer programming.
