JAC is pleased to announce the launch of the ULTIMA vertical moulder. This new moulder replaces the TRADI model in our range.

Its main advantage is to be able to accelerate or slow down the speed of the rear felt thanks to a variable speed drive associated with an independent motor.

Tradition baguette: Slow down the speed of the rear felt, you will shape your baguette with the greatest respect for the bread structure and obtain a product with a very traditional shape.

Long standard baguette: Increase the speed of the rear felt, you will promote the work of elongation and a more regular shape of the bread.

Of course, the ULTIMA benefits from the latest improvements made to our moulder range, namely: 

  • Removable outfit shelf for easy cleaning under the machine.
  • This shelf is equipped with an interchangeable felt in a few minutes.
  • This food-grade polyurethane material is extremely durable and very easy to clean.
