iba 2027 - Back in Munich!

After the 2025 edition in Düsseldorf, iba, the world's leading trade fair for bakery, confectionery and snacks, will return to its traditional location in Munich in 2027. We look forward to welcoming exhibitors, visitors and partners back to the Munich exhibition centre. 

Dates and important information: 

Start of registration: From Q1 2026    

• Early set-up: 
  13 - 16 October 2027 (4 days) 

• Official set-up:
  17 - 23 October 2027 (7 days) 

• Duration of the trade fair:
  24 - 28 October 2027 
  (Sunday to Thursday, 5 days) 

• Official dismantling: 
  29 October - 1 November 2027 (4 days) 

Site and hall occupancy: 

• Occupied halls:
  A1 - A4, B1 - B4, C1 - C3 
  (Optional use: C4 and C5) 

• Entrances:
  West, North-West and North
